Remote communication system BigBlueButton
It is an open source video conferencing system designed to serve lectures with a large number of users. The service is integrated into the virtual learning environment Moodle, in a way that the recorded lectures are automatically hosted on the BBB server, and are available through a linked Moodle course. Unlike most video communication systems, the BBB does not require the installation of additional applications on the user’s computer and runs directly from the browser. The service is provided to the educational institutions under the LITNET service agreement with the LITNET KTU technical center.
